PS. I have used email for years, it is a very effective means of communication (not all new things are better than old stuff :-))

You can't. That facility was removed some years ago. Neither can you now use chat as that has been closed down. They want people to ring in now and hold for however long, although it is said the queues are shorter now.

 

edit to add: Staff can still open tickets, so if one picks this message up, they may open one for you, depending on what the issue is.

Thanks Mark, I have similar problems with some other companies (particularly Gas 😞 ).  I am not too good on the phone.

The issue is an incorrect contract pricing, which should take less than a minute to fix - just a typo I think,  Regards,  Ed
