Router won’t connect with Username and Password

Having recently moved house and had connection activated I have been unable to connect to broadband. Activation day was last Thursday.
If I reset router (Hub one) it appears to connect (solid blue status light) with the default setup@….. login details but when I enter my UN and PW it doesn’t seem to recognise them and status light goes to orange with solid red B
Please can someone help.

Is all working okay now?
