I am due to go live tomorrow 13/05/2019, and as yet I haven't received my plusnet router

I'm really sorry to see you haven't received your new router yet. Unfortunately it doesn't look like we've ordered this in a timely manner on this occasion. We've processed the order now and you should receive it within the next day or so.

I transferred to plusnet because I was getting this kind of treatment from talk talk, I hope this isn't a sign of things to come, and that I won't be charged for the downtime I'm going to experience.
