I'm sorry to hear about the issues you've had since joining us.
I can see the router was dispatched this morning and we'll get that to you as soon as possible.
If you can post back once you've received it we'll refund you for the downtime you've had.
With regards to the phone line, we've tested your line and we can't see any issues remotely.
Can you go through the steps shown here and let us know how you get on
