Hi my broadband switch from bt is due to go live by the 23rd november, can you confirm that my router will be with me before this date please.

If you still have your BT HomeHub 5 or Smart Hub aka HomeHub 6, you can use those to connect to Plusnet.

It is normally just a change to the username and password.

The Plusnet Hub One is just a rebadged BT Home Hub 5 Type A with bespoke software.
