No progress or contact on order! Stuck in queue for 80 minutes!

I ordered my fibre broadband weeks ago and have received absolutely no contact from Plusnet.

 

I used the online chat and was told I had to ring, then when I finally answered on the phone I was transferred and stuck in the queue with no answer of over an hour!

 

What is going on?!

I have phoned several times and only once was the queue less than one hour. apparently is is best to call first thng in the morning. Clearly they do not have enough staff. God knows why they do not take on more. also still waiting for installation..
