I've done a speed modify order this morning to rectify the issue you've reported. It should start to show some positive effects as of Monday the 13th.

I'm really glad I mentioned this now, thank you both so much for the help. You have both been incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, very grateful for the speedy replies / action.

Ran a speed test this morning, 61mb download, 17mb upload. That's more like it!!
