Hi i moved from sky to Plusnet had my date 1/8/22 for phone and broadband. Never ever had issues like this before we should have our service up and running. Got told due to open reach strike this was the problem and would be sorted . Called again but lady basically saying same but we have been left without a phone in a area where we don't have a proper mobile signal.This has now on our 5th day with any service at all can anyone get it sorted please. Thanks to the two nice ladies who tried.
