Engineer not shown up

Had a PM appointment today (apparently) to have full fibre installed, title says it all.

There could be some confusion as I've already had to call Plusnet on 15/07/22 regarding a pricing error, and my original order was cancelled then re-ordered (Engineer was originally coming tomorrow morning before the cancellation)

Due to my account having a change in progress I've not much to go off other than a phonecall and a few e-mails, as I'm out of contract and now paying a hefty monthly sum I'd like to get this sorted asap.


Could anyone take a look please and advise?




Edit: I do have an open question/ticket about this but not had an answer yet.
