No welcome email

I signed up to switch broadband to plusnet, money was taken, and an account was created. I can log in to my account and see all the settings however I received no welcome email or confirmation I have even ordered broadband. However. I have received a text saying when the broadband will switch over. I'm just concerned as the deal I signed up for included a £70 gift voucher and I won't be able to receive this without the email. Thanks
