New customer order delayed & delayed

I’m a new customer & join your broadband service on 17th February 2022,  up to now (8th March 2022), I didn’t receive any activation email & router about my  services. Checking my online account only shows {strCustActivationDate} so I don't know when the broadband will become active.

Can anyone confirm my date for me please

Hi there,

I've had a look at this for you and I can confirm your services are due to go live on 14.03.22 before midnight.

As we've emailed you on 28.02.22 to confirm this, I'd recommend checking we've got the right e-mail address for you Here.

I can also see we've automatically ordered your router today so you should receive it by the end of the week.
