New order, Openreach appointment, text confirmation problem

I have recently placed an order for PN Broadband. Due to the previous broadband/cable provider for the property being Virginmedia, an Openreach engineer has been booked to visit the property to set up the new line.

Yesterday I received a text from Openreach to confirm with me the visit date or to reschedule it.

Unfortunately, with my PN also being my mobile provider, I can't actually reply to Openreach's 5 digit short number, to confirm the date. I don't want to end up with the job being cancelled if Openreach require this confirmation one way or the other.

Are staff at PN able help confirm the job to go ahead with Openreach?

This is resolved now, thank you. Or perhaps I should have been more patient. Openreach were able to call me and confirm the booking.
