New Order- Fibre Router still not arrived

Hi there, I have an order for an upgrade to Fibre, It seems my line etc is ready, but i have still not received my Router, as of today it seems my old router has been disconnected and so currently have no internet, However still not received my router to change over. If I am correct my line has been ready since the 10th November.
Please advise.

Thanks a lot for reaching out and I'm really sorry to hear that you still don't have your Plusnet Hub One router. I've just had a look and can see that the router was supposedly sent out 5 days ago. If it does not arrive today, please let us know and we'll get a replacement ordered.

Hey @johnboy291179,
I'm sorry to hear it's not turned up with the post so far. Depending on a few different factors, it's possible that the router may be delivered separately to the regular mail/envelopes. If it's still not turned up by the end of the day, give us a shout tomorrow morning and we'll get back onto this as soon as possible.

I'm really sorry to hear that's the case @johnboy291179. I'd like to look into resending the router out to you, please could you send me a private message just to confirm the address that you're expecting it at, so we can make sure there aren't any typos/errors?
