Misleading Customer Service Reps

Recently renewed my contract ( previously I had the line rental saver 12months for £197 ) then the costumer service representative put me to 12 months fixed for £249 instead of the previous contract I asked for. I called them twice before the 14 days trial period and both agents I spoke to told me that monthly £19 charge will be replaced by that £197 line rental saver one off charge. Obviously that did not happen and now I received my second bill for £19. I have to admit I have been mislead by both costumer service rep. What can I do, swallow Plusnet robbing me of £52 or is there any other solution?
