Thursday text message get ready for broadband.
Then Friday Midday got a Text message : Sorry where working to provide you with service for order VOLO13 - :?????????
We'll be in touch in the next 8 working days for a update .
What is going on ?

What is going on ?
Have you tried calling EE customer support ?
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Yes but they could not see the Text message that i got ?
Will now try again
Was just told waiting just for a commitment from openreach ( 8 working days )
so why tell me on Thursday the day before everything is OK

Sounds like Openreach haven't marked the order as completed.
Is your new EE Hub connected ?
Does broadband work and its just phone that doesnt ?

Still using Plusnets router broadband and phone.
Because I am on apparently one switch my Plusnet broadband and phone still work until I am moved.
I spoke to EE they asked if openreach had contacted me .
I have had no contact or any confirmation from openreach at all.
I did try plugging in the EE router to see what would happen yesterday for a few minutes it just stayed Orange/ Red

Apparently the order is Stuck and should be fixed in the next 3 days hopefully !
I have not received any confirmation or update ( either by via Text or email ) on what's is happening only information given by phone.
Let's see what happens next ( sorry to say I am not holding my breath )
The Good thing is My Plusnet broadband and phone still working.

Tracking App Date for digital phone activation now 14th July 2026.
But I don't even have Broadband set up yet which still mentions last week's date of Friday 19th June .
But still on Plusnet for broadband and phone

Was told my order is stuck with Openreach and will get back to me on Monday about around 10am to move it on.
No phone call from EE at all now 4 days later I have made another complaint.
