Hi
I am an existing Plusnet broadband customer and at long last our cabinet is fibre enabled. I ordered the Fibre extra on 8 May and got the new modem 2 days later.
Havent heard anything else - assume needs an engineer to enable at exchange / cabinet. Is there anyway of seeing the status - any idea how long this might take?

Apologies for the lack of communication with regards to your fibre order.
As the initial date was tomorrow and it was pushed back to the 16th due to engineer availability, you'll receive an automated email in the early hours of the morning advising the product change is complete.
I'd expect the work to be carried out during normal business hours on the 16th.
I hope this helps prevent some confusion tomorrow.

Hi
In the night i received an email saying that the order was complete and the order tracker says broadband is ready to use
The speeds are still the same after rebooting the new hub
I was expecting an engineer to ring tomorrow after doing his bit at the exchange (and at least a break in service (which didnt happen overnight)
Can you see anything different at your end?

actually reading the admin reply maybe when you said I would receive an automated reply in the morning you meant this morning (ie Tues) - when i initially read it I thought you meant Wed morning

Apologies for any confusion @neilpound
While you may not receive an automated email advising of the orders completion (As the account has already moved to fibre) you should notice an increase of speed at some point tomorrow when the order completes.
