Do you have a landline phone service with Sky?

As unless you are going for a VoIP service with a VoIP provider the landline number will be lost when you transfer to plusnet.

There is a long list of providers who can use a CityFibre connections. It's more or less any significant ISP (except the BT group companies).

If a "value" supplier is preferred then Vodafone is the obvious one to look at (they also do "landlines" should that be needed).

A less "big name" to consider for broadband only might be YouFibre.
