Hi!
I realise one other person has asked this before, but I'm hoping I might be able to resolve the issue in a message with staff, or if someone can put me at ease. I'm autistic, so I struggle to make phone calls. I'm aware I can also add that onto my account page at some point.
I recently put in an order for broadband service to be activated on 1st June at an address I will be moving into in a couple of weeks, and I had selected my new address throughout the process of signing up, but on the confirmation page, it said everything would be delivered to "undefined" as the house name. I'd just like to make sure that the router will be delivered to the proper address, etc. It does list the correct address on my account page.

I've had a look and can confirm the delivery address matches the address on your account.
