Delayed Order Text.. No information

Hi.. My broadband is due to go online on the 24th Feb
I got a text to say its delayed but no further information and the shortcut provided in the text takes me nowhere useful. I also seem to be getting no emails (even when it says also sent by email).

There can be many reasons for this, such as Openreach schedule re-arrangement. I suggest you phone Plusnet as the staff cannot always monitor this forum as closely as they would like.

I'm sorry to hear that you've had texts stating your orders have been delayed. It looks like the message you received was a hangover from the original orders.

I can confirm the new orders placed are going through fine and good for the 23rd
