No confirmation email and money is pending out of me account

Hi, I recently ordered fibre from you for activation on 13th feb, but I have not received a confirmation email. Also, the login details I selected are not recognised. There is a charge pending. Has the order actually been accepted?

Hi @Jessicahancox 

I'm sorry to hear this has happened.

Based on what you've said it's likely that no account was ever created on our end. The pending money should have been returned to your bank by now but if not I'd contact them and they can return it back for you.

If you're still wanting to join us I'd recommend trying to sign up again 

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role
