Broadband setup uverdue

Hello. My broadband was due to go live on Thursday 10th of January, but it hasn't been activated yet and I have received no information as to why this might be. Is there any way to progress this matter?

Hi @mgmuston, it looks like your order is all complete so I've now manually updated the account, if you can please connect your router, you should be able to get online.
