Broadband Activation

Hi, 

 

I haven't received any emails or text activation messages to confirm my broadband is up and running, it was meant to be friday and the phone line wait has been 20+ mins every time I've tried to call.... so thought i would see here if this is common? Do people just plug in and try it, even though it says not to?

I would just plug in and see what happens. It's not going to blow up in your face!

Another thing to try is to put your phone number in here. https://my.btwholesale.com/includes/adsl/adsl.htm?s_cid=ws_furls_adslchecker

Read through it and see if there's any reference to open orders. If there are then you're not online yet and there will be a date when the work is planned.
