ETA for new line & Fiber

I've recently moved into a new property and ordered new Fibre install.

I was hoping I can confirm when an engineer is due to connect my broadband / new line as I haven't had an update.

I work from home and mobile signal is extremely poor so I need to have an idea of when it will be installed.

I've checked your order and I can confirm that an engineer is due to go out tomorrow morning between 8 am and 1 pm.
