Another reward question ….

So I changed over to plusnet in June.
To be fair, email to claim reward came early July.
Completed form.
Said take up to 30 days. I know that is not up yet. But how do I know the status of it?
Also, should I expect it to come by post? Or email?
I have two issues.. no idea why, but my email acct blocks some emails with attachments. The other issue I have, our postal delivery is not regular or the best right now - various reasons. So I genuinely don’t know if I have missed it, it is on its way, when it’s going to be on its way?
Can someone help me?

i didn't think that new customers got Plusnet email any more ?

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

It’s not a plus net email acct. it’s my personal email account (live.co.uk) one that they sent me the email to claim the reward. But it blocks some incoming emails. Ongoing issue with Microsoft - another subject!
I just want to know how reward card comes, through email or post and if it has been sent already as still waiting Sad

According to the FAQ here https://www.plus.net/broadband/cashback-and-vouchers-faqs/ Reward cards are sent to the address on the account. It should arrive withing 30 days (not sure whether that's 'working' or 'calender' ?) of completing the claim form.

Thanks. In claim email it says within 30 days of claiming it and doesn’t specify if working days or not.
I know that I have a couple of days left.. but that’s all it is.. couple of days..
still not really any the wiser. Address could be email address.
I just her plusnet to confirm is it sent yet or not to be honest.

From my understanding it is 30 calendar days.

Should you not receive the reward card then you will need to contact Blackhawk, this is their number. 0344 800 6435

No way for me to check where the reward card is I am afraid, Plusnet our self aren't the ones physically sending out the reward cards.
