Haven't received my rewards card been over 30 days

My contract started on June .. I received my email about claiming my rewards and was informed I should have it within 30 days. It's now well over the 30 days and still nothing.. what do I need to do?Huh

Sorry you have not got the claim email yet!

I forwarded your account details to our Billing operations team, they should sort this for you.

Once I have the email response from them I will update your account.

Should be within 5 working days.
