Dear Plusnet Customer Service,

I hope you’re well.

My name is Isobel, and I signed up for Plusnet over 10 days ago. However, I have not yet received any information regarding the £75 rewards card that was included as part of the offer when I joined.

Could you please check the status of this for me and let me know when I can expect to receive it?
