overcharged

Called start of September to cancel - lured in with a promise of £28/month billing  - first bill arrives after this  - just shy of £43. I e mailed mid September  - still waiting a reply. Now I have had another bill for October  - just shy of £43. Hanging on the phoe now for 30minutes waiting for someone to answer. Is this "doing me proud"?

Thought not.

…….and so when I do get through  - having pressed "1" for billing - I get through to someone who works on the technical side  and who wants to put me on hold again  - (I've been on the phone for best part of an hour already). I think not. Get this sorted plusnet  - or I'm contacting ofcom
