BIll

Since the new billing started my bill it looks incorrect for the second time. I have now been charged twice for the same broadband, it seems and charged for line rental even though I am on a line rental saver and on top of that it please I have not received the £8 refund from last month's incorrect bill.

This needs sorting asap.

Poned customer service who were very helpful.  Let's hope it is all sorted now.

@HaresEar I'm glad to hear one of the agents appears to have resolved it. I've had a look at the ticket on account and it does look to be resolved. If you have any further problems please let us know and we'll take a look. 

 

@Gavjbrown I can't see anything that should stop you viewing your bills, what happens when you try and view them? Do you get an error, does it white screen?

There's an error message. But used incognito mode in chrome and that worked.

Ah okay. Then I would delete the cache and cookies from your browser and that should resolve the problem.
