@HaresEar I'm glad to hear one of the agents appears to have resolved it. I've had a look at the ticket on account and it does look to be resolved. If you have any further problems please let us know and we'll take a look.
@Gavjbrown I can't see anything that should stop you viewing your bills, what happens when you try and view them? Do you get an error, does it white screen?
Ah okay. Then I would delete the cache and cookies from your browser and that should resolve the problem.
