On some, not all pages, I either cannot load page, or http://failed.billing.plus.net/apps/payment/failed comes up, it's been like this since I was late paying my last bill on about the 7th, of which I paid it as soon as my money went in on the 10th and I think it went through on the 15th or 16th. It's very inconvenient when I want to share a page on fb and can't load it and more importantly when I do a job search and job I click on won't load. This issue I've noticed a few times on this page, it's very inconvenient, I've never had this issue before when I was late in paying, just a screen came up saying I needed to pay bill but I've always been able to go to whatever site I wanted with no issue. I needs sorting asap as I need to do job searches a few times a wk and this issue is making it very difficult. Thank you if you can help.

Reports of a similar problem have come up a few times recently so it's going to need a PN agent to respond on what is happening.  Perhaps @Gandalf will be able to assist.

Sorry about that. It looks like the something on the back end systems was showing your account in failed billing even though it's looking all up to date. I think I've just fixed it for you now. Can you let us know if you have any further issues?

tried a couple of sites I was having trouble load, one being bbc website and so far it seems to be ok, thanks, if I have more problems i'll post again, but so far so good, I can apply for those jobs I've seen now x

I’m getting this message come up and when I click on it I get another error “ The Account has no invoice in failed Billing” and if I try doing anything else I get “ service not available “

I am having the same issue. I have not paid yet but it also has not been 14 days & these 'reminders' that do not load correctly and then restrict my connection are rather annoying & make me feel less like paying & more like finding a new provider which has more options for support than the forums, facebook or calling (and waiting forever on the phone). What happened to being able to raise a ticket via the website?
