Viewing support tickets

Is it possible? I can get to the current ticket by using the link in Plusnet's email, but can't see a link anywhere in the member centre that lets me view past tickets.

Thank you! I did find that link browsing the forum archives, but for some reason it didn't seem to work earlier today. Anyway, it does now Smiley

 

Any idea why PN has made it so hard to find?

Officially the ticket system is retired for direct customer use … but much of the internal stuff is done via the ticket system and thereby can offer a helpful insight into the state of play on matters.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Indeed; I currently have a connection problem which PN have attempted - unsuccessfully so far - to solve. They've now closed the ticket, and without the ability to view past tickets I'd be pretty much in the dark about what's been tried.

There’s a link to the ticket system below.  It displays open tickets and provides options to select recently closed tickets.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Sorry, my earlier reply wasn't very clear: I did get access to tickets from bmc's response upthread. (Though the '&view_by=30days' bit is a handy refinement Smiley Thanks again.
