Address Wrong

Twice I've rand to change my address when I moved. It's a shared house should be Room 14 before my address. But still not changed.

Hi @microneuk 

I'm sorry that your new address is still not correct after calling us twice already, I can imagine it's very frustrating for you.

When you've moved home, one of our guides will need to update your address on our systems for you.

I'd recommend giving us another call so a guide can get it updated for you.

Hi @microneuk 

I've just taken a look and the address we hold for you match both Openreach and Royal Mail records.

I'd suggest raising a request to Royal Mail here and once they have updated things their side, give us a call and we can raise what's known as an ORDI to update Openreach then following this, we can update your account.
