Upgrading mid contract

Hello,my 24 month contract was due to end in June 2026. Today I logged on and looked at deals on offer. I chose to upgrade from 300mb to 500mb which meant staying another 24 months. I've read on google this might incur a penalty for leaving my original contract early . Is this true , thanks

Re: Upgrading mid contract

@tulip1 Don't believe everything you read on Google - it is not always correct. All it means is the start of another fixed-term contract for the faster service - there are no 'exit fees'.
