My renewal deal is a [censored] joke

My contract expires in March and I've got a renewal deal...

Compared it to available deals on Uswitch and Plusnet is the most expensive...🤔

I am a Plusnet customer for a few years and service has been great but money became so important these days and I am looking for a cheaper deal...

What [-Censored-]es me off the most is the fact that if I'm a new to Plusnet they will offer me a better deal... How come I should pay more for being trusted customer for years...

@Madudzik You could always switch, or wait until a little closer to your contract end date and ring PN's Customer options Team (0800 013 2632) and ask them what their best offer was.

Re: My renewal deal is a f...g joke

My renewal deal was worse than a new customer so I made a note of all the competitive offers and phoned in. Got a BETTER deal than a new customer and my old deal AND it was effective immediately, no need to wait for the old deal to expire.

As the saying goes "If you don't ask you don't get" so give them a ring! 😁

My phone call and change was a good 3 months or so before renewal was due, but there was an "offer" in the member centre.

I had the same experience. Could I suggest you approach the PN agent in a polite and respectful way as I've found they are human too and very helpful in my 12 years with PN. Your heading to your post is not the way to do it. Good luck!
