Ive a new Plusnet account but my old one is in credit when will my credit be paid?

I briefly left PN to another ISP which was not a good experience. So now have a new account with PN which is fine, but my previous account was £128 in credit due to broken line. My last bill was dated 10/1/26 when is it likely my credit will be paid?

@davebd It will probably depend on your billing cycle dates and whether you left the direct debit in place. If you did it should be within the next month, if you didn't you'll wait quite a while for the process to kick in and eventually send you a cheque.

When I had to open a new account and close the old one it was IIRC about 6 weeks to get the (relatively small) refund.

It also takes a few days from the final bill appearing to the payment being processed and reaching your account.
