Upgrading from FTTC to FTTP

When FTTP becomes available in my area, will I be able to upgrade my FTTC contract to FTTP?

Simple answer is yes

Assuming it's OpenReach who does the network, then yes.

You'd be required to take out a new contract and would lose your landline (PN don't do VOIP).
