Tracking down an account

This is an odd one!

We, the business I work for, have a live broadband connection with IP address 81.140.27.x, which has an odd looking ADSL username i.e. xxxxx@dsl.com. A WHOIS lookup, and contact with a BT rep, has revealed that the IP is a PlusNet address. However, beyond this we have no other information on the account. Can someone suggest how we might go about getting to the bottom of this mystery?

Yep, looks like one of ours. My memory maybe flaky, but I think the dsl.com realm belongs to our former Metronet broadband products.
If you drop me a private message containing the full IP address then I'll take a look.
