Could someone please tell me why you are holding up my transfer away.
I have just had this email saying.....
"Your request to move your Home Phone product away has now been cancelled"
It has not been cancelled at all and i am due to migrate to BT on Monday.
Would someone look into this please

It looks like the order to take over your services was cancelled by your new provider.
I'd recommend getting in touch with them to investigate this.
