Hi, I have just moved home and now have the same problem, in that my static IP address has been lost. Can you assist in getting this fixed for me?

Hi Daniel,
I've taken a look and think I've sorted it. If you reboot your router, you should get your original static IP back.

hi Gandalf,
I also have this issue - we moved house and I've just noticed I can no longer see the static ip addon and my connection to my home NAS from outside the network no longer works which relied on this static ip. Are you able to reinstate the static ip for me please?

And have you changed to a FTTP (full fibre) product recently? - if not you should still have the static you paid for.

If a user had a static IP in an account and that account has moved premises or technology then the address can become detached from the account. Refreshing the broadband component fixes it.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

I have not had a change of broadband. but did make payment for change of ip a couple of years ago, so would be great too get this changed back too static ip

@wwffan2 Looks like you have a static IP, if you go to https://www.whatismyip.com/ it will tell you what your IP address is. I've sent you an email too with the actual IP address you have so you should be able to check that they match.
