Hello,
I joined Plusnet back in February and was supposed to get a £70 reward card as an incentive to join. I never heard anymore about the reward card.
It said on the FAQs:
- You'll get an email sent to the email address you gave when you signed up.
- You'll normally receive this email within 28 working days of you re-contracting your Broadband.
It’s been much longer than that and still not heard anything, no email.
I then phoned customer service and got a response saying:
Thankyou for your call today, as discussed you havent yet recived your rewards card, I have now escalted this for you and should receive a response within a few days and I will be in touch.
This was on the 5th April, and haven’t heard anything more.
Please could someone help me with this. I’m expecting to give birth any day now and really just want this sorted before she arrives.
