Reward Card not yet issued

Hi there,

I recently signed up to the Plusnet 24 month 300mpbs contract which was to include a £140 reward card as part of the package deal, but, despite the wifi being live for a little over a month now, I have still not received any email regarding how to claim this reward, nor do I see anything regarding it on my online account. If a staff member is able to look into this on my account that would be great.

Hey @abbyw18,

I have had a look at your account, and I can see you signed up via a third-party cashback site, so the reward is issued by them. I would suggest reaching out to the cashback site if they promised you a reward

If you signed up via a cashback site, (e.g. Quidco or TopCashback):

Your reward will be issued from the cashback site. You won't be able to claim cashback from both Plusnet and a cashback site at the same time. (This works on a ‘last click' basis - you'll only be able to claim one of the rewards).
