Hi, I recently renewed my Unlimited Fibre Extra around 2 weeks ago however the discount appears not to have been applied. I was expecting to be charged around GBP7 pm excluding line rental. I spoke to customer services yesterday and they agreed the discount had not been applied but they needed to transfer me to 'Options' to make the adjustments. After 45 minutes on hold, I gave up.
Could somebody please have a look at this for me?
