Plusnet cash Incentive

I'm new here and haven't been able to use old posts to raise my issue. 

When I signed up there was a £75 cash incentive. I found the deal using Uswitch website but I'm sure Plusnet offered it. After almost 4 months, I haven't received any communication regarding the incentive. I also tried contacting their customer service using their Twitter handle, But I just received the automatic response.

Same as you. I contacted Plusnet on Facebook messenger. Josh claimed for me and I received £75 two weeks later. Try it.
