So, I've been getting a referral discount for a friend of mine for about 10 years.
It was a £1:25/mth discount
75p for having Unlimited Fibre, plus 50p for having a Phone Service
Recently he has moved to 'Full Fibre 145' (FTTP), but I'm now only getting 75p, should I not be getting £1:25 ?

You should! I've heard of one or two Full fibre referrals only showing 0.75 though?
If one of the help team don't pick this up then call customer services
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
@MisterW Are you sure about that. Any user on FTTP has no phone service so 75p sounds right to me.
@Mark63 Sorry, I should have checked that. Very generous of Plusnet to offer the full amount, shame their billing systems don't seem to know about it.

@RealAleMadrid but they do! I've got a recent FF74 referral which is showing correctly as £1.25
I brought this up in the SU space a little while ago because the referral FAQ. didn't cover FF products
It was confirmed at that time as £1.25 and the FAQ updated.
So I'm not sure where the £0.75 credit is coming from?
NB just double checked and my FF74 referral is still showing correctly at £1.25
I've tagged the staff member who confirmed the referral values in the SU space and linked to this thread

@Mark63 are you checking the "Current Referrals" page? If so, that figure should update to £1.25 after the next bill. Drop me a private message though, if there's anything wrong with any of your bills.
