Discount disappeared

Saw a huge increase in my bill this month.
Seems like my discount has been taken away even though I am still in contact time frame.

A rise of £15 per month!!!!

I am currently in a 24-month contract which does not end until November 24. Can you please explain why I have not received the discount on this month's bill, even though my contract has not ended yet?

I wish to terminate the contract as soon as possible, without any additional costs. These are ludicrous prices for broadband that will be far cheaper elsewhere... particularly a challenge with the current living costs!

I am so sorry to hear this @lukeruth90 that is a mahoosive jump. If you give our guys a call on 0800 013 2632 they will be able to advise on what we can offer or they can cancel if you don't want any of the offers. Their opening hours are: 

Monday - Friday 8am-8pm
Saturday 9am - 7pm
Sunday 9am - 6pm
