Over Charged?

Hi 

i have today change my all inclusive callls to line rental only.

all ncludive call were £7 a month with £15.99 for unlimited fibre.

as I have unlimited calls on my plus net mobile I won’t be needing landline callls.

when I took all inclusive off that came to £15.99

a month. I accepted the terms at that price but have just got an email stating it’s now £18.99 a month.

i pay my line rental annually and not due till May this year.

can some please tell me why the price. I accepted was different from the one that PN has charged?

Hi @Tamla10, sorry for any confusion caused with the automated email sent after your recent account change.
I can confirm it's exactly as you said where the line rental saver is covered until May and this message you've received doesn't look to have accounted for line rental saver. I'll be sure to feed this back and again apologies for any confusion there.
