No Autism Friendly Contact Method

I want to get a cancellation quote, but the only option I seem to have is to call an 0800 number to chat to someone.

I am autistic, and talking to people on the phone really stresses me out, so it's not going to happen.

Why can't we raise support tickets anymore? Why are there no options other than to ask questions in public forums, such as here, or on Twitter?

Re: No Autism Friendly Contact Method

I have escalated this to the Superuser Team who have a more direct contact with staff.

Meanwhile, if you go to the Member Centre you can select Aditional Support and add details if any support you may need. I haven't used it so don't know how effective it is.
