I've been waiting to renew my Line Rental Saver but have not had a reminder. Everytime I login to my Account is says it it still active. This months bill now shows that I've been billed for line rental. I've gone back inot my account and it says it doesn't expire until 14th February so I can't renew it.
What is going on?
And why do you keep offering me a special offer when I login to my account of Broadband and line rental for £23.99 a month that I can't sign up to? ( if I try it starts a continuos loop of accepting, checking and signing in that leads nowhere!)

Hi there, sorry for the issues with this, LRS definitely isn't active on your account at present but it does sound like our account systems think it is. I've just performed some account maintenance which should have fixed that. so please give it another try and do let me know if you encounter any problems. - Adam
