@steveimp - No, this is a mis-understanding. As I said it's just a bad turn of phrase. As a Superuser we can escalate posts for review that we see that we think deserve to be looked at more closely. We don't do it for every post as that would be pointless, but with a posts like yours where something that has happened that simply shouldn't have we take Plusnet to task on it, in an attempt to find a proper resolution for you and a hope that it won't occur in the future.
