Is there a way to view questions & service notices via the Plusnet home page?

I recently had an answer to a question replied to on the forums by a staff member. The reply was sent to the Help assistant on Plusnet website. I was given the link to view it in the post in the thread. Is there a way to view the notices & questions via a link on the Plusnet home page? I've looked everywhere but can't find any links.

Looking at the address bar, the address is .../wizard/...

But, as mentioned above, is there a way to find that page from the Plusnet site? I would have thought that the page could be accessed from the home page, without having to save a direct link to it?

@RadioFox I have no idea on the access question - it is over four years since I left PN, so I have no idea what the account homepage/site offers.

Only a forum account, and a limited service one, as my email is still with Plusnet. I'm only still here, really, to keep my aging brain active.
