ORDI Update Needed - clash between royal mail and openreach data

Hi

If I use the openreach availability checker, my Royal Mail address shows as no FTTP available

However if I use the "legacy" adress which has a housename prefix before the house number, FTTP is available and installed (it is - Im using it) - but this is not the correct Royal Mail address - it has a legacy prefix of "Sundridge"

Can I PM somebody the full address details so that the request to OR to merge the two records to match royal mail and FTTP availability can be submitted pls.

(PS - the billing address you have on the system is also the older legacy address)

Well newbie you have just spotted an error in your address. I have lived in Sheffield, South Yorkshire nearly 50 years, I have been with PN over 20 years and my account shows that I live in Sheffield, Derbyshire. So best of luck getting it corrected.
